Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with UAE traffic laws and regulations.
• Transport passengers, staff, or goods to designated locations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure proper handling and care of assigned vehicle at all times.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and report any issues immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the vehicle interior and exterior.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules while maintaining punctuality.
• Assist passengers with entry, exit, and luggage handling when required.
• Maintain accurate trip logs and travel records.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company driving policies.
• Respond professionally to customer needs and ensure a positive service experience.
• Handle basic navigation using GPS and route planning tools.
• Report accidents, breakdowns, or traffic incidents immediately to management.
• Ensure proper fuel management and timely refueling of vehicles.
• Maintain a professional appearance and behavior at all times.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned duties responsibly.
• Support car rental operations if applicable, including vehicle handover and inspection.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Manual Driving License is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
• Minimum 1–2 years of driving experience in the UAE.
• Prior experience in car rental or chauffeur services is an advantage.
• Basic communication skills in English are required.
• Well-groomed, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and discipline.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and capable of long driving hours when needed.
