Key Responsibilities

Driving & Transportation

• Safely transport employees, clients, visitors, and company materials to designated locations.
• Follow assigned routes while ensuring timely arrivals and deliveries.
• Operate company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and company policies.
• Plan travel routes to minimize delays and optimize travel time.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods when required.
• Ensure the safe handling and transportation of company property.

Vehicle Maintenance

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after each trip.
• Check fuel, engine oil, coolant, brakes, tires, lights, and other essential components.
• Keep the vehicle clean, presentable, and well-maintained at all times.
• Report mechanical issues, accidents, or maintenance requirements immediately.
• Coordinate scheduled servicing and repairs with the maintenance department.
• Maintain vehicle registration, insurance, and service records.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, fuel consumption reports, and delivery records.
• Ensure all required driving documents are valid and readily available.
• Follow company safety policies and local traffic regulations.
• Ensure compliance with transportation procedures and operational guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality when transporting company personnel or sensitive materials.

Customer & Administrative Support

• Provide courteous and professional service to passengers and clients.
• Assist office staff with deliveries, collections, and document transportation.
• Support administrative teams with transportation-related tasks.
• Communicate effectively regarding schedules, delays, or route changes.
• Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors or management.

Requirements

• Valid driving license appropriate for the assigned vehicle category.
• Previous professional driving experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of local roads, highways, and traffic regulations.
• Strong commitment to road safety and defensive driving practices.
• Physically fit and capable of handling loading and unloading tasks when required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
