Job Description

The Driver – PRO role combines the responsibilities of providing safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation services to IFZA stakeholders and comprehensive public relations and government liaison functions. In addition to driving duties, the incumbent will manage various visa, labour and immigration matters, and official documentation with UAE government authorities. This dual role requires exceptional organization, confidentiality, and professionalism in both transport and administrative duties.

• Transporting IFZA stakeholders at the specified time and place, ensuring a safe and comfortable journey for passengers.
• Providing daily document collections and deliveries, ensuring the highest level of safety and confidentiality.
• Assisting with various job-related tasks assigned by the departmental head
• Mapping out driving routes ahead of time with the help of navigation applications/GPS devices to determine the best route and staying up to date on road conditions.
• Maintaining the interior and exterior cleanliness and presentation of IFZA car fleet in a timely manner.
• Assisting with loading and unloading any heavy packages and luggage.
• Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shifts.
• Handling all government liaison activities, including medical/bio-metric appointments, visa applications, renewals, cancellations, tender application processing, etc.
• Liaising with embassies, consulates, banks, and government departments on behalf of the company.
• Performing other job-related duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Full English proficiency is required, additional foreign language will be an advantage
• Valid UAE driver’s license and clean driving record
• Excellent knowledge of the UAE roads
• Experience with driving luxury vehicles
• Good organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism in stressful driving situations
