Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead pest control technicians across multiple sites
• Conduct site inspections and identify pest infestations (rodents, termites, insects, etc.)
• Develop and implement effective pest management programs
• Ensure all treatments comply with UAE municipality regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi Municipality)
• Monitor safe handling, storage, and application of pesticides as per UAE laws
• Prepare risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) before treatments
• Train technicians on chemical usage, safety procedures, and customer service
• Schedule daily operations and allocate manpower efficiently
• Maintain service reports, chemical usage logs, and compliance documentation
• Handle client complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Conduct routine audits and quality checks on completed work
• Manage inventory of pesticides, equipment, and PPE
• Coordinate with clients, facility managers, and regulatory authorities when required

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Biology, Environmental Science, or related field
• Valid UAE Pest Control License (mandatory, issued by relevant Municipality)
• Minimum 3–5 years of pest control experience in the UAE
• Valid UAE driving license
