Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, data entry, and posting journal entries.

• Support the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and monthly reports.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.

• Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.

• Maintain petty cash and track daily expenses in compliance with company policies.

• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process by collecting and organizing financial data.

• Support the month-end and year-end closing activities by reconciling accounts and ensuring proper documentation.

• Collaborate with internal departments to verify and validate financial information.

• Prepare and maintain supporting schedules and documentation for audits, tax filings, and financial reviews.

• Monitor and report on cash flow, expense trends, and budget utilization to management.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial matters and ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the UAE.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems, along with advanced skills in MS Excel.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations, bookkeeping principles, and financial documentation.

• Analytical Ability: Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving and financial analysis.

• Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Personal Attributes: Organized, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
