Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall financial operations across building materials trading and real estate portfolio.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business strategy.
• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IFRS standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and month-end/year-end closures.
• Manage treasury functions, including cash flow planning and liquidity management.

• Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Supervise inventory management and cost control processes.

• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
• Implement and improve financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring high performance and development.
• Analyze financial data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities.
• Support business decisions with financial analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of UAE experience with strong leadership exposure.
• Professional qualification: CA / ACCA / CPA / CMA (mandatory).
• Strong expertise in IFRS, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax.
• Proven experience in banking relations and treasury management.
• Experience in inventory management and financial statement closure.
• Experience in trading and/or real estate finance is essential.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems and ERP software.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
