Main Responsibilities

- Maintain and update financial records such as ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
- Processing vendor invoices, onboarding of vendors
- Process accounts payable and receivable; ensure timely payments and collections.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management review.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Assist in payroll processing. Allocation staff reimbursement costs to relevant ledgers
- Support audits and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Month end financial reporting
- Assist with tax preparation and filing.
- Experience in D365 will be an added advantage
Qualifications And Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of accounting or related experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software Microsoft 365 and advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE VAT laws and regulations.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in a Retail environment
