Finance Manager Full Time

Job Summary:
Eva Beach Restaurant is seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business, ensuring financial stability, and providing strategic insights to support business growth and profitability. This role requires a dynamic professional who can manage financial operations efficiently while aligning with the restaurant’s overall vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to enhance profitability, cost reduction, and resource optimization.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, prepare forecasts, and monitor financial performance against targets.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements.
• Oversee financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial transactions.
• Conduct financial risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with department heads to align financial planning with business objectives.
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls and financial policies.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification is a plus).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of financial management experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, UAE tax laws, and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Must be able to join within 15 days.
