Finance Manager Full Time

Advance your career as a Finance Manager in Dubai with FreshOnTable DWC, a growing company in Dubai World Central. This role targets professionals in corporate finance, IFRS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Finance team, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant accounting, reporting, and financial operations.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, providing insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and maintain effective relationships with banks and financial institutions.

• Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, WPS, and other statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring strong internal controls and adherence to best practices.

• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company assets.

• Partner with senior management and cross-functional teams to support business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions to improve results.

• Support system improvements, process optimization, and financial governance initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA is preferred.

• 7–10 years of relevant finance experience, including at least 3–4 years in a managerial or leadership role.

• Strong and up-to-date knowledge of UAE regulations, including VAT, Corporate Tax, WPS, and statutory compliance.

• Prior experience in FMCG, food industry, distribution, or start-up / scale-up environments is a strong advantage.

• Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.

• Hands-on approach with high attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
