Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee VAT calculations, filings, and compliance with UAE regulations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes with timely reporting.
• Monitor and manage cash flow and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and audit requirements.
• Assist in internal and external audits, providing required documentation and reports.
• Prepare financial data for management reporting and decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data flow.
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails.
• Perform additional accounting and finance tasks as required.

Requirements:

• CA Qualified (Mandatory).
• 6–8 years of total accounting experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Dubai real estate brokerage (mandatory).
• Strong working knowledge of Tally, Odoo, and QuickBooks.
• Excellent understanding of financial reporting, VAT, and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
