The HR & Admin Officer role in Dubai with AGCEW is an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking human resources management, payroll administration, corporate compliance, and office administration jobs in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Manage core HR functions, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation.
Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law and HR best practices across all employee-related activities.
Handle visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and coordination with government authorities and service providers.
Manage payroll processing, WPS submissions, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
Support performance management processes, employee relations, and disciplinary procedures when required.
Maintain accurate HR databases, personnel files, and employee records using HR systems.
Oversee general administrative operations, including office management, document control, and coordination with vendors.
Assist management with HR reporting, policies, procedures, and internal communications.
Support audits, inspections, and compliance checks related to labor and administrative matters.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–8 years of relevant HR & Admin experience, preferably within the UAE construction industry.
Strong working knowledge of UAE Labor Law, HR policies, and statutory requirements.
Hands-on experience handling visa processes, payroll, and WPS.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR management systems.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle sensitive employee matters professionally.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with management and site teams.
High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling HR information.
Additional Requirements
UAE residents or candidates available to join on short notice will be given preference.
Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
