Key Responsibilities
Manage daily HR and administrative operations to ensure seamless internal workflow.
Coordinate PRO activities and handle government-related processes, including visa applications, renewals, labor cards, Emirates ID, and other official documentation.
Support recruitment activities such as job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
Facilitate employee onboarding and induction, ensuring all joining formalities are completed accurately and on time.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, personal files, attendance, and leave data in compliance with company policies.
Assist in payroll coordination by providing accurate employee information, attendance data, and documentation to the finance team.
Handle employee relations matters by addressing basic HR queries and supporting management in resolving administrative issues.
Oversee office administration tasks including facility management, vendor coordination, and office housekeeping.
Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services while maintaining cost efficiency and inventory records.
Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping systems for HR, admin, and compliance-related documents.
Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines to maintain consistency and compliance.
Coordinate with external service providers, consultants, and government offices as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative roles.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor regulations, and administrative best practices.
Arabic language proficiency is mandatory; strong communication skills in English are an added advantage.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Strong organizational, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR or administrative software.
