JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide comprehensive support to the Human Resources department in day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, personal files, contracts, and HR databases in an accurate and confidential manner.
Support recruitment activities, including screening CVs, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and preparing interview documentation.
Assist in onboarding and induction processes by preparing offer letters, joining documents, orientation schedules, and employee handbooks.
Handle HR correspondence such as emails, letters, and internal memos in a professional and timely manner.
Support payroll-related activities by coordinating attendance records, leave data, and other inputs with the payroll team.
Maintain accurate records of leave management, attendance tracking, and employee movements.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and summaries for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and local labor regulations.
Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and employee engagement activities when required.
Manage HR documentation related to visas, renewals, and employee benefits, as applicable.
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding basic HR queries, escalating complex issues when necessary.
Maintain proper filing systems, both electronic and hard copy, for easy access and audit readiness.
Support performance management processes by organizing appraisal documents and follow-ups.
Handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist in disciplinary processes by preparing documentation and maintaining records as instructed.
Use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio) effectively to prepare reports, trackers, and presentations.
Coordinate with external vendors and internal departments for HR-related requirements.
Manage multiple HR tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
Provide general administrative support to the HR Manager and team as required.
Requirements & Skills:
Any HR-related diploma is mandatory.
2–3 years of experience in an HR function.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.
Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and work under stress while maintaining accuracy.
Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal.
