HR Assistant jobs in Dubai are in high demand as companies strengthen their human resources, recruitment, and compliance operations. Arabian Masters of Waste, a leading organization in Dubai’s environmental and waste management sector, is hiring an HR Assistant to support recruitment coordination, payroll assistance, employee records, and HR compliance processes in line with UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
Assist in employee onboarding and induction, ensuring all joining formalities and documentation are completed accurately.
Support employee relations by addressing routine HR queries and maintaining positive workplace communication.
Assist in performance management processes, including appraisal coordination, documentation, and follow-up.
Maintain and monitor attendance records, leave management, and timesheets in coordination with department heads.
Support payroll processing by ensuring attendance, overtime, and leave data are accurate and submitted on time.
Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures in line with company guidelines.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law in all HR practices and documentation.
Conduct and support training needs assessments, coordinating training programs and maintaining training records.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, attendance, turnover, and performance for management review.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth HR operations and information flow.
Assist in handling employee grievances and disciplinary procedures under supervision.
Support visa, contract, and employee documentation processes as required.
Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring accuracy of employee information.
Use MS Office applications to prepare reports, presentations, and HR documentation.
Support internal and external audits by providing HR-related documents when required.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Ensure timely renewal and update of employee records in compliance with company and legal requirements.
Perform additional HR and administrative tasks assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management systems.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Good time-management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
