HR Executive Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with company policies.

• Assist in recruitment activities by shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with departments for staffing needs.

• Handle onboarding procedures, including preparing contracts, collecting documents, and ensuring a smooth joining process.

• Maintain updated employee records, HR documentation, attendance, and leave data.

• Support payroll processes by accurately preparing salary calculations, allowances, deductions, overtime, and final settlements.

• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, including employment contracts, visa processing coordination, grievances, disciplinary actions, and contract renewals.

• Prepare HR letters such as NOC, salary certificates, warning letters, and memos.

• Support employee engagement, training coordination, and internal communication.

• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, salaries, and benefits with professionalism.

• Assist in performance evaluation cycles and probation confirmations.

• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all HR activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in an HR Executive or similar HR role.

• Excellent knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance practices.

• Strong payroll calculation skills, including overtime, leave salary, and end-of-service benefits.

• Proficiency in HR documentation, employee file management, and report preparation.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive and professional attitude.

• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and resolve employee concerns effectively.

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS/HR software is an added advantage.
