Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer management.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings.
Employee Onboarding & Documentation
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation.
Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical files).
Ensure proper documentation for joiners and leavers.
HR Operations & HRIS Management
Maintain and update HRIS systems with accurate employee data.
Generate HR reports such as headcount, turnover, and leave balances.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Payroll & Attendance Coordination
Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, overtime, and deductions.
Verify timesheets and attendance records before payroll processing.
Address employee payroll-related queries in coordination with the finance team.
Employee Engagement & Policy Compliance
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal activities.
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
Ensure adherence to HR policies and company code of conduct.
Promote a positive and professional workplace culture.
