Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Handle the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for hospitality roles.
• Oversee employee onboarding and induction, ensuring new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Ensure adherence to UAE Labour Laws and HR best practices, maintaining compliance at all times.
• Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
• Support performance management processes, including appraisals and employee development plans.
• Coordinate and manage employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
• Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure adequate staffing levels and operational efficiency.
• Assist in handling exit processes, including clearances, documentation, and final settlements.
• Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management for decision-making.
• Ensure strict confidentiality of employee information and HR records.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of HR experience, preferably in standalone restaurants or the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Laws and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to manage HR functions independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple HR tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach to HR challenges.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
