Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Handle employee onboarding and induction, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and timesheets, ensuring proper tracking and reporting.
• Assist in processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Laws and internal HR policies.
• Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, including employee data, attendance, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient HR operations.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Handle HR-related queries from employees and provide timely support.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information.
• Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback.
• Assist in exit processes, including documentation and final settlements.

Requirements:

• 1–2+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or payroll functions.
• Good knowledge of UAE Labour Laws and HR best practices.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and attendance management.
• Strong understanding of HR documentation and compliance requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple HR tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
