Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
• Support employee relations activities and address employee concerns professionally and confidentially.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and timekeeping systems.
• Coordinate performance appraisal processes and support employee development initiatives.
• Assist with training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Manage visa processing, labor documentation, and other employee-related administrative requirements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare HR reports, employee statistics, and management updates.
• Support payroll preparation by maintaining accurate employee records and attendance data.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and workplace events.
• Handle disciplinary procedures and grievance matters in accordance with company policies.
• Assist management in workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
• Build positive relationships with employees and management to foster a productive work culture.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of HR experience within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and performance management.
• Fluent in English and Hindi, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• Currently based in the UAE.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Professional appearance, attitude, and work ethic.
