Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions within the organization.
• Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and pre-screening interviews.
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns and hiring initiatives.
• Maintain an updated database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Interview Management

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare interview documentation and candidate evaluation reports.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview outcomes and feedback.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for newly hired employees.
• Assist in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and joining documentation.
• Ensure all recruitment records and documentation are maintained accurately.

HR Operations & Employee Coordination

• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Coordinate with different departments regarding staffing requirements.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related assistance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
• Assist with performance management and employee development activities.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Prepare HR reports, recruitment trackers, and employee records.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company data.
• Support management with HR documentation and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, and HR activities.
• Ensure smooth communication between employees and management.

Requirements

• Prior Real Estate industry experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
• Strong Interview Management and candidate coordination skills.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional corporate presence and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
