We are looking for an experienced BUHR Manager with strong UAE experience to lead and support the human resources function for the business unit. This strategic role will report directly to the Vice President – Human Resources (VPHR) and will act as a trusted advisor to leadership by aligning HR strategies with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across core HR functions, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Business Partnering
Partner closely with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and operational strategies.
Provide strategic HR advice on organizational structure, workforce optimization, and people development.
Talent Management & Workforce Planning
Lead talent acquisition strategies, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives to support business growth.
Identify high-potential employees and support leadership development programs.
Performance Management
Design, implement, and manage performance management frameworks aligned with business objectives.
Support managers in goal setting, performance reviews, and improvement plans.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Manage employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution of workplace issues.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve morale, retention, and workplace culture.
Compensation, Rewards & HR Operations
Oversee compensation structures, rewards programs, and benefits administration in line with market benchmarks.
Ensure smooth execution of HR operations including payroll coordination, HR systems, and reporting.
Policy Implementation & Compliance
Implement and enforce HR policies in compliance with UAE labor laws and organizational standards.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, audits, and internal governance frameworks.
Change Management & Communication
Lead change management initiatives during organizational transformations.
Develop effective communication strategies to support change adoption and stakeholder alignment.
Requirements & Experience
Minimum 7+ years of HR experience, with significant exposure as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager.
UAE experience is mandatory, with strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or HR certifications are an advantage.
Proven experience in managing senior stakeholders and influencing leadership decisions.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
