HR Manager Full Time

HR Manager jobs in Fujairah are critical within large-scale aviation and airport operations. Fujairah International Airport is seeking experienced professionals with expertise in talent acquisition strategy, payroll management systems, HRIS implementation, UAE labour law compliance, employee benefits administration, and performance management systems. Candidates skilled in workforce planning, compensation structuring, HR policy governance, training and development programs, and regulatory reporting will play a strategic role in managing human capital and ensuring operational excellence within the airport environment.

Description

1. Ensure procedural compliance with internal HR policies and relevant labor laws.
2. Develop and implement innovative recruitment, selection, placement, and orientation programs.
3. Formulate and recommend HR policies and procedures to maximize employee utilization and retention.
4. Coordinate with department heads to ensure uniform and fair policy implementation and enhance working conditions.
5. Conduct employee surveys to monitor and improve turnover rates, wages, morale, and other HR-related metrics.
6. Maintain accurate and secure HR records, forms, and personnel systems.
7. Oversee and administer benefits programs such as health care, paid leave, sports festivals etc.
8. Develop and implement systems for performance evaluation and employee suggestions.
9. Represent organization in government and industry HR seminars/conferences.
10. Provide counseling and support to employees on various workplace issues.
11. Facilitate department-level recommendations on transfers, promotions, and compensation adjustments to the Director-Finance & Admin.
12. Serve as a liaison between employees and management to address morale and performance issues.
13. Approve and track progress on HR department IMS (Integrated Management System) objectives.
14. Ensure enforcement and alignment of disciplinary measures with company policies.
15. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director HR.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE+

The job holder will require, as a minimum:

1. Master’s level qualification with a minimum of Ten (10) years management experience at a senior level, five (5) years of which should be in the managerial role, aviation/airport sector, preferable but not mandatory.
2. Professional HRM certification such as, CIPD, SHRM etc.
3. Strong working knowledge of employment law, benefits administration, compensation, and performance management.
4. Proven expertise in hiring, employee classification, communication, and organizational development.

Master’s Degree (e.g., MSc, MBA, MA)

Executive/Leadership – Roles like Director, VP, CTO, with strategic decision-making authority
