Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
• Ensure smooth execution of HR operations, including attendance, leave management, and employee records.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and employee files.
• Support performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and employee development.
• Coordinate and oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills.

• Handle employee onboarding and exit processes, ensuring proper documentation and procedures.

• Continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Age: Up to 35 years.
• Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in Human Resources.
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR generalist functions including recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Good understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to manage HR functions independently and efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Arabic reading ability is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
