HR Officer Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting, and selecting qualified candidates for various roles.

• Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

• Handle probation management by tracking performance evaluations, follow-ups, documentation, and timely confirmation or extension processes.

• Assist in developing and driving employee engagement initiatives that support morale, retention, and overall productivity.

• Maintain HR records, employee files, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.

• Support overall HR operations, including attendance monitoring, leave management, HR letters, policy implementation, and compliance.

• Address employee concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

• Prepare HR reports and assist management in workforce planning and HR strategy execution.

• Ensure HR activities are aligned with organizational goals and conducted according to established standards.

Requirements

• Fluent in Tagalog and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Solid end-to-end recruitment expertise, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and final selection.

• Skilled in onboarding candidates across various roles and ensuring they understand company processes and expectations.

• Experience in probation management, including tracking performance and coordinating appraisals.

• Ability to drive employee engagement initiatives and support employee well-being.

• Strong ability to support overall HR operations, documentation, and policy compliance.

• Immediate joiners preferred for this role.
