HR Officer Full Time

Mirage, a division of Artan Holding, is seeking a skilled HR Officer with a strong focus on employee relations. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in HR, with deep knowledge of Qatar’s employment laws and regulations. This role requires exceptional communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills to maintain a positive and productive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with Qatar employment laws and company policies, advising management and staff on HR matters.
• Conflict Resolution: Facilitate conflict resolution processes, mediating between employees and management as necessary.
• HR Support: Provide support in HR functions, including performance management, employee engagement, and disciplinary actions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with legal standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on employee relations.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of Qatar employment laws, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
