Key Responsibilities:

• Manage healthcare licensing processes including DOH, DHA, and MOH applications, renewals, and documentation.
• Coordinate and track all license-related requirements, ensuring timely submissions and approvals.
• Handle clinical privileging documentation, ensuring all credentials, certifications, and approvals are properly recorded and maintained.
• Liaise with medical staff and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth privileging and licensing processes.
• Support HR audits by preparing accurate records and ensuring all employee files are compliant with regulatory standards.
• Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Oversee employee onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and system setup.
• Manage exit formalities, including clearance processes, documentation, and final settlements.
• Coordinate and support employee engagement activities, promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Handle routine HR operations, including attendance, leave management, and employee data updates.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards and internal HR policies at all times.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations and policies.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth HR service delivery.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation required for management and compliance purposes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR operations, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of DOH, DHA, and MOH licensing procedures.
• Familiarity with clinical privileging processes and documentation.
• Understanding of HR audits, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with employees and regulatory bodies.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
