HSE Officer Full Time

We are hiring an experienced HSE Officer to join our team for the AZIZI Venice Projects in Dubai South. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards are upheld on high-rise, mid-rise, and villa projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures at construction sites.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety laws and company policies.
• Provide HSE training and awareness sessions to site personnel.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate HSE reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols.

Requirements:

• NEBOSH and IOSH certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of UAE experience in High-Rise, Mid-Rise buildings, and Villas projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations and construction safety standards.
• Ability to lead safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
