Human Resources Executive Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with UAE labor laws

• Manage performance appraisals and promote a culture of growth

• Foster positive employee relations and resolve workplace issues

• Lead the recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding

• Oversee end-of-service formalities and exit processes

• Assist with payroll inputs and generate HR reports

• Track and maintain records for leave, attendance, and HR data

• Administer company medical insurance (registration, claims, cancellations)

• Prepare employee engagement reports and support wellbeing initiatives

• Manage HRIS updates and issue employment-related letters

• Support company-wide HR projects and initiatives

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the UAE

• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices

• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English

• Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving skills

• Positive, professional, and collaborative attitude

• UAE-based bilingual candidates only
