Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor inventory stock levels, ensuring accurate tracking and availability of products.
• Maintain updated inventory records, including stock entries, movements, and balances.
• Track product movement, including incoming and outgoing stock, and identify slow-moving or fast-moving items.
• Monitor and manage expiry items, ensuring proper rotation and minimizing losses.
• Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical verification to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with suppliers to procure products, negotiate prices, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality supply.
• Record and process purchase invoices, ensuring proper documentation and entry in the accounting system.
• Manage and track expenses and petty cash, maintaining accurate financial records.
• Assist in preparing inventory reports and financial summaries for management review.
• Support basic accounting functions, including bookkeeping and data entry.
• Coordinate with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting and inventory control.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for inventory and financial records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory and accounting.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in UAE in inventory control or accounting roles.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and accounting principles.
• Experience in handling purchase invoices, expenses, and petty cash management.
• Good English communication skills for coordination with suppliers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting or inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock and financial data.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
