IT Coordinator Full Time NEW

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive IT Coordinator to support our growing technological infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with a strong IT background who can efficiently coordinate service requests, manage vendor relationships, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across departments. You will play a key role in bridging technical support with business operations, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

💡 Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate IT support services and act as the primary point of contact for technical issues and user requests

• Monitor, track, and escalate IT tickets using service management and ticketing systems

• Ensure timely resolution of IT support tasks while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to support software, hardware, and network maintenance

• Assist in IT project coordination, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met

• Maintain inventory of hardware/software assets and ensure regular updates and compliance

• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required for audits and reviews

• Promote continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and implementing preventive measures

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT coordination, service desk, or related roles

• Strong English communication skills – written and verbal

• Proficient with IT service management tools, MS Office Suite – especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Ability to multitask and manage various support and project activities simultaneously

• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks, project workflows, and vendor coordination

• Detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on efficiency
