Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 IT support to users by diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues.
• Handle incoming help desk requests via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Support users with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory, including password resets, account creation, and access permissions.
• Assist in basic network troubleshooting, including connectivity issues and system access problems.
• Log and track all support requests, ensuring proper documentation and resolution status updates.
• Escalate complex issues to Level 2 or higher IT support teams when necessary.
• Install and configure software and system updates as required.
• Provide guidance and support to users on IT systems and best practices.
• Ensure proper data security and confidentiality during support activities.
• Maintain and update IT support documentation and knowledge base.
• Monitor system performance and report recurring issues for improvement.
• Support onboarding by setting up IT equipment and user accounts for new employees.
• Deliver a high level of customer service while assisting users.

Requirements:

• Qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• This role is open for L1 (Level 1) candidates only.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment.
• Experience working with Active Directory for user management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving technical issues.
• Knowledge of IT support processes and ticketing systems is an advantage.
• Good understanding of hardware, software, and networking basics.
• Knowledge of English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple support requests.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
