IT Specialist Full Time

The IT Specialist role in Dubai with Billionaire Homes targets professionals seeking IT support, network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud computing jobs in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot computers, servers, networks, and office IT systems to ensure uninterrupted operations.

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, and connectivity issues.

• Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices.

• Manage email systems, user accounts, and access controls.

• Perform data backups, recovery procedures, and ensure data integrity and system reliability.

• Implement and monitor basic IT security measures, including antivirus protection, access permissions, and system updates.

• Identify and resolve network issues related to LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.

• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventories, and system records.

• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for advanced support, maintenance, or upgrades.

• Ensure all IT operations align with company policies and best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Specialist, IT Support Engineer, or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, basic networking concepts, and office IT infrastructure.

• Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting, software installations, and email management.

• Basic understanding of IT security practices, including antivirus, firewalls, and data protection.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on and proactive approach.

• Must be available to join by 1st February.
