Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to users, resolving issues related to POS systems, desktops, laptops, printers, and basic network connectivity.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues to ensure minimal downtime.

• Install, configure, and support operating systems, Microsoft Outlook, and essential business applications.

• Set up and configure routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points to ensure stable and secure connectivity.

• Perform hardware installations and upgrades, including memory, storage, peripherals, and accessories.

• Support structured cabling activities, including cable routing, labeling, testing, and troubleshooting.

• Maintain accurate IT asset records, including hardware inventory, warranty details, and user assignments.

• Document technical procedures, incident resolutions, and system configurations for future reference.

• Coordinate with vendors and senior IT staff for issue escalation and equipment procurement.

• Follow IT policies, security standards, and best practices while handling systems and data.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

• Proven experience in a first-line IT support or helpdesk role.

• Hands-on knowledge of desktops, laptops, printers, and POS systems.

• Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
