Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues across the organization.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, ensuring stable and secure connectivity.
• Manage and support servers, including setup, maintenance, updates, and performance monitoring.
• Configure and maintain firewalls and antivirus systems to ensure maximum protection against security threats.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance to keep systems up to date.
• Assist users with IT-related queries, providing clear guidance and solutions.
• Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, system configurations, and support activities.
• Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are in place and functioning correctly.
• Monitor system security, identify vulnerabilities, and implement necessary improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT equipment and service support when required.
• Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in line with company policies.
• Support LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, and cabling.
• Assist in implementing new IT systems and technologies to improve business operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of work experience in hardware and network support.
• Hands-on experience working with servers, firewalls, antivirus systems, and networking equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, troubleshooting, and system administration.
• Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Good knowledge of IT security practices and data protection methods.
• Proficiency in handling IT support tools and ticketing systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple support requests simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to assist non-technical users effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
