KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Hardware & Software Support

• Provide first- and second-level technical support for desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware problems involving desktops, laptops, monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, scanners, and related peripherals.
• Install, configure, update, and maintain operating systems, applications, and approved software.
• Troubleshoot software errors, application issues, system performance problems, and user configuration issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure IT equipment remains operational and properly maintained.
• Maintain records of hardware assets, software installations, repairs, and replacements.

Windows & Microsoft 365 Support

• Provide technical support for Windows operating systems and common desktop applications.
• Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and related services.
• Troubleshoot email, account, password, connectivity, and Microsoft 365 access issues.
• Support software updates, patches, security configurations, and user settings.
• Assist users with technical guidance and basic IT best practices.

Network & Connectivity Troubleshooting

• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and basic network connectivity issues.
• Diagnose problems involving network cables, switches, routers, access points, and connected devices.
• Coordinate with network or service providers when issues require escalation.
• Monitor recurring connectivity problems and assist in identifying possible root causes.
• Maintain accurate records of reported network issues and resolutions.

Active Directory & User Management

• Create, modify, disable, and maintain Active Directory user accounts as authorized.
• Assist with password resets, account access, permissions, and basic group management.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing IT accounts and equipment.
• Ensure user-access requests follow established company security procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of user credentials and company information.

CCTV & Access Control Support

• Provide basic technical support for CCTV and access-control systems.
• Troubleshoot cameras, displays, recording systems, access devices, and related connectivity issues.
• Coordinate with external vendors for complex CCTV or access-control faults.
• Maintain records of reported issues, repairs, and system-related activities.
• Support system availability and security requirements.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 2–3 years of relevant IT Support experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
• Strong experience in hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 support.
• Practical understanding of network and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience with Active Directory and user management.
• Experience supporting desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Knowledge of CCTV and access-control systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organized, proactive, and willing to respond to technical issues promptly.
