The IT Support Executive position in Dubai at LIFE is ideal for professionals experienced in technical support, help desk services, network troubleshooting, system maintenance, cloud computing, and cybersecurity support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end IT support to users across the organization, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth business operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, POS systems, and other IT equipment.
Diagnose and fix software-related problems, including operating systems, business applications, and user-level programs.
Deliver hands-on ERP support, ensuring uninterrupted functioning of business systems.
Provide strong support for MS Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365, including user assistance, issue resolution, and basic system troubleshooting.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for advanced technical issues and system upgrades.
Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, software, and peripherals in line with company standards.
Monitor IT systems to ensure performance, security, and availability are maintained at optimal levels.
Maintain proper documentation of IT incidents, service requests, resolutions, and system changes.
Provide on-site and remote IT support to office, warehouse, or retail locations as required.
Support retail and business operations by ensuring IT systems function smoothly during working hours.
Assist users with access rights, password resets, and system permissions as per IT policies.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies, data protection standards, and best practices.
Participate in system testing, updates, and rollouts related to ERP or other business applications.
Communicate clearly with users to understand issues, provide updates, and ensure user satisfaction.
Work closely with the IT team to improve support processes and service delivery.
Handle IT support tasks efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Be available to work in flexible shifts, including weekends or extended hours if required.
Support new system implementations and business expansions when assigned.
Travel to different locations when required to provide technical support.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in IT support roles.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues and providing ERP support.
Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics AX or MS Dynamics 365 support is mandatory.
Background in retail or similar business IT support environments is an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills, with a strong problem-solving mindset and customer-focused approach.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Willingness to work in flexible shifts.
Candidates with a valid UAE driving license will be given preference.
