Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Maintain and update financial records, journals, and ledgers in accordance with accounting standards.
• Record sales, purchases, expenses, and receipts in the accounting system.
• Support accounts payable (AP) by verifying invoices and assisting in processing payments.
• Assist in accounts receivable (AR) by generating invoices and tracking customer payments.
• Perform basic bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions match bank statements.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and summaries.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including data entry and reconciliations.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for all financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing VAT-related documents and compliance support where required.
• Support internal and external audit processes by organizing financial data.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial information flow.
• Monitor expenses and help identify discrepancies or irregularities.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant accounting experience; fresh graduates can also apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
