Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping activities.
• Record financial transactions accurately in accounting systems and ledgers.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions regularly.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and organized financial documentation.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and accounting summaries.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Utilize Tally and accounting software for transaction recording and financial reporting.
• Assist with VAT documentation, audit preparation, and compliance-related activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding accounting matters.
• Monitor expenses and support budgeting and financial tracking processes.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and financial regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial records and company information.
• Perform additional accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Knowledge of Tally and accounting software is mandatory.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently.
• Professional attitude with strong teamwork capabilities.
