Key Responsibilities

Daily Accounting Operations

• Record and maintain daily accounting entries with accuracy.
• Process journal entries, payment vouchers, receipts, and financial transactions.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and ensure timely processing of supplier invoices and payments.
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) by monitoring customer payments and outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate General Ledger (GL) records.
• Verify financial documents before processing to ensure accuracy.
• Organize and maintain accounting records for easy retrieval.

Invoicing & Financial Documentation

• Generate and process commercial invoices accurately.
• Prepare customer invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and payment receipts.
• Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
• Ensure invoices comply with company policies and financial procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding billing and payment-related matters.

Bank Reconciliation & Expense Monitoring

• Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor corporate vendor expenses and verify supporting documentation.
• Track company expenditures and maintain expense records.
• Reconcile supplier, customer, and ledger accounts.
• Maintain accurate digital financial records using accounting software.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

Reporting & Administrative Support

• Prepare financial reports and management summaries using Microsoft Excel.
• Assist senior accountants in budgeting and financial analysis.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining organized documentation.
• Coordinate with finance, procurement, and operations teams regarding accounting matters.
• Perform additional accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of UAE accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Tally Prime.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Professional attitude with integrity and confidentiality.
