Junior Accountant Full Time

Everglory Developments is hiring a Junior Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have 1-2 years of experience in Real Estate Development in Dubai. If you meet these qualifications and are ready to contribute to our success, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records for real estate projects.
• Support in accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
• Assist in monthly and year-end closings, including balance sheet and profit/loss statement preparations.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and local regulations.
• Work closely with senior accountants and project managers to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in Real Estate Development, specifically in Dubai.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of UAE accounting standards and VAT regulations is a plus.
