Junior HR Executive Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and HR operations.

• Assist with recruitment processes, including job posting, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.

• Help manage employee onboarding by preparing offer letters, collecting required documents, arranging inductions, and updating HR databases.

• Maintain accurate employee records, digital files, attendance data, and HR documentation.

• Assist in payroll preparation by submitting attendance, leave reports, and other required information on time.

• Support employee engagement activities, training sessions, and internal HR events.

• Handle basic employee inquiries and escalate concerns to senior HR staff when necessary.

• Prepare HR letters, memos, certificates, and other documents as required.

• Help track probation periods, contract renewals, and employee status updates.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and assist with policy implementation.

• Coordinate with different departments to support HR-related requests and activities.

• Perform any additional HR tasks assigned by senior HR team members.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support (freshers with internships are welcome).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good organizational ability with strong attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR systems or HRMS tools.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
