Description

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily supply chain and logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments
• Manage transportation, delivery schedules, and tracking to ensure on-time and cost-effective movement of goods
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock reconciliations and cycle counts, and maintain accurate records in WMS/ERP systems
• Prepare, review, and manage all logistics, shipping, and compliance documentation (invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, customs documents)
• Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow
• Lead vendor onboarding activities, including documentation review, compliance checks, due diligence, and ERP/CRM setup
• Maintain accurate vendor master data and support audits and compliance requirements
• Serve as the main logistics contact for assigned customers and support billing and performance reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
