Key Responsibilities

Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate daily logistics operations to ensure timely movement of goods.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and update delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, warehouses, and retail outlets.
• Track shipments and resolve transportation or delivery issues promptly.
• Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of products across locations.
• Prepare shipping schedules and logistics reports.

Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining accurate stock records.

• Support inventory counting and periodic stock audits.

• Ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare delivery notes, invoices, shipping documents, and logistics records.
• Update logistics and inventory information in ERP or inventory management systems.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly logistics performance reports.
• Maintain organized filing systems for logistics documentation.
• Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel for management review.
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Operational Support

• Coordinate with warehouse teams regarding order preparation and dispatch.
• Assist in monitoring transportation costs and delivery performance.
• Support procurement and supply chain teams with logistics planning.
• Communicate with customers regarding shipment status when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics procedures.
• Perform additional logistics and administrative duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in logistics within the retail industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
• Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
