Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Optimize transportation routes, freight costs, and delivery performance.
• Oversee warehouse and 3PL operations, including storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy and stock availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners.
• Negotiate transportation, warehousing, and distribution contracts.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, HS codes, import/export documentation, and company policies.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies that improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Support demand forecasting and inventory replenishment planning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to transportation delays, supply disruptions, and regulatory changes.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 7–8 years of experience in logistics management or with a freight forwarding organization.
• Strong knowledge of freight management across air, sea, road, and courier transportation.
• Proven experience managing warehouse operations and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Solid understanding of customs regulations, Incoterms, and international shipping practices.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement cost optimization initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management experience.
• Good understanding of logistics management principles, processes, and industry best practices.
