Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update inventory accounts accurately, ensuring all stock movements—including receipts, issues, and adjustments—are properly recorded.
Monitor daily material transactions and reconcile physical stock with system records to identify discrepancies.
Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and production teams to verify material usage, stock levels, and consumption patterns.
Ensure compliance with IFRS for inventory valuation and financial reporting.
Support VAT-related activities by maintaining proper documentation, recording transactions accurately, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Assist in corporate tax preparation by providing inventory-related financial data and supporting documentation.
Utilize ERP tools to manage inventory modules, generate reports, and maintain real-time stock accuracy.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory reports for management review.
Participate in periodic stock counts, reconciliations, and audits, ensuring transparency and accuracy in all material-related accounts.
Analyze slow-moving, obsolete, or excess inventory and provide recommendations for effective material management.
Work closely with the finance team to assist in month-end closing activities and ensure accurate posting of material-related entries.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory processes and optimize material utilization.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry, specifically in inventory or material accounting.
Strong knowledge of inventory accounts maintenance and material flow processes.
Hands-on experience with IFRS in relation to inventory valuation and financial reporting.
VAT experience is mandatory.
Proficiency in ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Basic understanding of corporate tax compliance.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
