Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) to support business operations and decision-making.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to supply chain and logistics operations.
• Prepare and generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards and reports using advanced tools such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Utilize macros to automate repetitive tasks and improve reporting efficiency.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights to improve operational performance.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across multiple systems and reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, warehouse, and procurement to gather required data.
• Identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement in operational processes.
• Support decision-making by providing timely and accurate data analysis.
• Assist in developing and improving data management systems and reporting processes.
• Maintain proper documentation and data records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data integrity and reliability.
• Support senior management with custom reports and analytical requirements.
• Assist in implementing new reporting tools and technologies, including Power BI dashboards.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in MIS or data analysis, preferably within supply chain or logistics industries.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Macros.
• Experience in handling large datasets and generating accurate reports.
• Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with different teams.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
