This role is pivotal in maintaining a healthy and safe work environment, providing medical assistance, and fostering wellness among our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• First Aid & Emergency Care: Provide immediate medical attention for workplace injuries or emergencies.
• Health Assessments: Conduct regular health check-ups and assessments for employees to monitor and maintain their well-being.
• Medical Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records of all employees.
• Wellness Programs: Develop and implement workplace health and wellness programs, including fitness initiatives and health education sessions.
• Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications and treatments as needed.
• Compliance: Ensure workplace compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Advisory Role: Advise management on best practices for health and safety standards.
• Inventory Management: Maintain an adequate stock of medical supplies and first aid kits.
• Referrals: Coordinate with local healthcare providers for specialized medical attention when necessary.

Requirements:

• Qualification: A diploma or degree in Nursing, with a valid nursing license.
• Experience: Proven experience in occupational health or a similar setting is preferred.
