Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Leadership: Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Staff Supervision: Oversee administrative staff, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
• Scheduling: Coordinate staff schedules and ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Patient Relations: Address patient inquiries and concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Office Supplies Management: Monitor inventory and procure necessary supplies and equipment.
• Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to enhance workflow.
• Financial Oversight: Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors and service providers for clinic needs.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in an office management role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
