Operations Manager Full Time

Looking for a leadership-driven Operations Manager job in Dubai with Augment Shipping? This role oversees shipping operations, logistics coordination, supply chain efficiency, and freight management.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and performance standards to improve productivity and quality.

• Manage and lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

• Monitor operational performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare reports for senior management.

• Coordinate with departments such as finance, HR, procurement, and logistics to ensure alignment of operational goals.

• Identify operational risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement, and implement corrective actions.

• Oversee resource planning, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet business requirements.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

• Support budgeting and cost-control initiatives to optimize operational expenses.

• Handle escalations, resolve operational issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience managing teams, improving operational processes, and achieving performance targets.

• Industry-specific experience will be an added advantage.
