Payroll Accountant Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and validate attendance records using biometric/time-tracking systems • Handle salary calculations, including adjustments, overtime, and deductions
- Oversee employee benefits like leave settlements, gratuity, and advances
- Perform accounting & reconciliations in Tally and collaborate on monthly reports
- Use advanced payroll and attendance software for efficient operations
- Ensure reporting accuracy and maintain a strong compliance & audit trail
Must have 3-5 years of UAE experience.
